8/29: MAP Testing 8/30: Discuss the symbolism in Junior's art work. Create our own cartoon to go with one of the art-less chapters. 8/31: Work in groups to identify the "beautiful" and "ugly" sides of the Reservation, then complete an activity. 9/1: Students will work in groups to find themes for ATDPTI. Students will check out a copy of Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson (due 9/14). REMINDER: ATDPTI should be finished (and 10-15 quotes collected) for class on Tuesday, Sept. 5th.
